We take great care to ensure that all products are of the highest standard and we very much hope that you are happy with your purchase.
We always strive to provide the best possible customer experience however we do accept that on occasion things can go wrong. If the products you have received appear unfit for human consumption then in the first instance we would ask you to telephone us within 14 days of receipt of the product/s on our office number below during normal working hours. It is important that you supply us with your name, address and order reference when calling, together with a clear explanation of the problem.
In the event that we request that you return the products to us we will recommend that they are returned by recorded delivery and be clearly identified together with the order reference. Upon receipt if, in our reasonable opinion, we agree that the products are unfit for human consumption we will provide a full refund of the purchase price and any postage charges that may have been incurred.
